How Deyram works
Deyram connects customers with salons, freelancers and merchants offering appointments, home services and products. The listing provider is responsible for its services and products. Deyram facilitates bookings and payments through the platform.
Accounts and booking details
Keep your contact details and service address accurate and secure. Review the selected provider, service, date, time, price and address before confirming. Do not share your password or use another person’s account without permission.
Payments, changes and cancellations
Available payment methods and any applicable fees are shown during checkout. Refund amounts depend on provider type and the time remaining before the appointment. Read the current Cancellation and Refund Policy before booking.
Reviews and acceptable use
Use Deyram lawfully and respectfully. Reviews and uploaded content must be truthful and must not violate another person’s rights. Deyram may restrict accounts or content that misuse the platform, subject to applicable law.
Account support and changes
Contact Deyram Support for account or booking help. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version; continued use after the effective date indicates acceptance where permitted by law.
