Before creating an account
By registering on the Deyram website or app, you agree to the Customer Terms or, for a business partner, the Partner Terms or Freelancer Terms, as applicable, and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and account details
You must be legally eligible to register. Provide accurate name, contact, address and location information and update it when it changes. Transactions must be authorised by the cardholder.
Partner applications
Salon and freelancer applications may require a valid trade licence or business registration, tax certificate where applicable, identity verification, power of attorney or trademark documents where applicable. Submission does not guarantee approval or a specific onboarding date.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and activity on your account secure. Contact Deyram promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
Verification and account changes
Deyram may request additional documents, decline an application or restrict an account where information is inaccurate, documents are invalid or the account is used unlawfully, subject to applicable law.
