Partner relationship
These terms apply to salons and businesses accepted to offer services or products through Deyram. By registering, the partner confirms that its representative can bind the business and that submitted information is accurate.
Onboarding and documents
Partners must provide a valid trade licence or business registration and, where applicable, tax documents, Emirates ID, power of attorney and trademark evidence. Deyram may request verification or further documents before or after onboarding.
Services, prices and operations
The partner is responsible for lawful, safe and accurately described services, staff qualifications, availability, prices, customer communications and fulfilment. Keep the calendar and operating hours current and pause availability when unable to accept bookings.
Fees and settlement
Registration, transaction, service, renewal, cancellation or commission charges may apply as disclosed during onboarding or in the partner commercial agreement. Settlement is subject to completed-order status and applicable adjustments.
Cancellation and customer care
Provider cancellations follow the current Cancellation and Refund Policy. The partner must promptly report emergencies and cooperate with customer support and dispute reviews.
Platform tools and content
Partners may manage listings, promotions, bookings, operational information and invoices through the provider app or website. Uploaded photos and descriptions must be accurate and authorised for use.
Suspension and termination
Deyram may restrict or suspend partner access for suspected fraud, invalid documents, unsafe or unlawful offerings, repeated fulfilment failures or breach of these terms, subject to applicable law and the partner agreement.
