Freelancer status
These terms apply to an independent professional accepted to offer appointments through Deyram. The freelancer is responsible for maintaining any licences, permits, insurance and professional qualifications required for their activity.
Registration and verification
Provide accurate identity, contact, service-area and payment information and requested supporting documents. Keep them current and promptly report changes.
Service delivery
Describe services, duration, prices, availability and travel requirements accurately. Confirm bookings through the provider app, arrive on time, use safe practices and communicate changes promptly. Do not accept a booking when unavailable.
Payments and fees
Applicable commissions, transaction, registration or other fees are disclosed during onboarding or in a separate agreement. Settlement follows Deyram’s completed-booking process and any documented adjustments.
Cancellation
Customer refund bands for freelancers differ from salon bookings. Provider grace periods and late-cancellation compensation/penalties also apply. See the current Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Account and conduct
Protect your provider account credentials, keep your calendar current and communicate respectfully with customers. Deyram may review complaints, request evidence and restrict access for serious or repeated breaches, subject to applicable law.
